SLH-380S is a high-purity nano amorphous silica produced by flame hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride (SiCl₄) and surface-treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane) to deliver hydrophobic performance. With SiO₂ purity of 99.94%, primary particle size of 15 nm, BET specific surface area of 310 m²/g and carbon content of 3.1%, it offers strong water repellency together with excellent dispersibility in non-polar media. It is optimized for premium high-value applications: anti-settling and scratch resistance in automotive and industrial coatings; thickening, thixotropy and anti-sagging in silicone, PU and epoxy sealants and adhesives; viscosity control and uniform active-material dispersion in lithium-ion battery slurries; high-precision CMP polishing and insulation/heat resistance in semiconductor packaging; matte effect and emulsion stabilization in cosmetics; and water/stain-repellent architectural exterior coatings.
