Fused Silica is an amorphous SiO₂ material made by melting natural quartz at over 1,800°C and rapidly quenching it. It delivers ultra-low CTE (0.5–0.6 ×10⁻⁶/°C), excellent thermal-shock resistance, chemical stability and electrical insulation — a core raw material for advanced industries. SiLiCA supplies Grade A (SiO₂ ≥99.9%, 100% amorphous), Grade B (≥99.5%) and Grade C (≥99%) as flagship purity tiers, together with the full SN-series fused-silica lineup by shape/function: spherical (SN-QG), low-α spherical (SN-QG-L), round-corner (SN-YRG), angular (SN-RG), low-radiation (SN-FL), surface-modified (SN-HRG), fused quartz sand (SN-FS) and ultra-high-purity fine powder (SN-HF04).
