SN-HRG series Active Fused Silica Powder is a surface-modified (active) filler in which a silane coupling agent is chemically bonded to the surface of high-purity fused SiO₂ — maximizing interfacial adhesion and dispersion with organic resins and polymers. Coupling-agent type and loading are adjusted per the customer's formulation and end-product requirements. Combined with low CTE (0.5×10⁻⁶), low thermal conductivity, low Na⁺/Cl⁻/EC and excellent mechanical and chemical performance, it serves as a filler for semiconductor EMC, underfill, high-reliability encapsulants, 5G high-frequency substrates and other advanced electronic components.
Key properties: SiO₂ 98.0–99.95%, white powder, PH 5–8, D50 1–30 µm (customizable). Effectively improves the compatibility of silica with organic polymer materials, improves the performance of downstream products, increases filling volume, reduces cost and improves mechanical/electrical performance.
