High-Purity Crystalline & Fused Quartz Sand — Industrial Standard for Glass, Casting, Abrasives and Filtration
The Silica Powder & Granule series comprises crystalline quartz sand (SN-CS) purified from high-grade quartz, fused quartz sand (SN-FS) processed at ultra-high temperature, and ultra-high-purity micronized fused silica (SN-HF04) for semiconductor and advanced packaging use. SN-CS (SiO₂ 98.0–99.9%) serves a wide range of industries including glass raw material, precision casting, abrasives, water filtration and sports surfaces. SN-FS (SiO₂ 99.0–99.99%) offers low CTE (0.5×10⁻⁶) and excellent chemical resistance for high-temperature processes and precision casting. SN-HF04 is an ultra-fine amorphous fused silica (SiO₂ 99.96%, Fe₂O₃ ~12 ppm, D50 3.8 µm) — a premium filler optimized for semiconductor EMC, underfill, advanced packaging, CCL/PCB, 5G high-frequency substrates and high-thermal-conductivity materials. All three lineups are supplied through a stable dual Korea/China supply chain.
